SENIOR AD OPERATION EXECUTIVE

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the trafficking and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • Assist Agency and direct sales team in crafting digital campaigns at the time proposition and managing AD operations to ensure implementation and delivery of campaigns across markets.
  • Familiar with Google Ad tools, Social Media Ad tools.
  • Work closely with sales on RFP’s to ensure inventory availability and consistency in pricing, campaign setup and implementation, as well as on home delivery and billing.
  • Manage performance, demographics & viewability, reporting metrics (Nelsen, MOAI, etc.)
  • 2 years Ad operations experience with focus on Ad trafficking and Ad serving technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree on equivalent experience.


MEDIA EXECUTIVE

The role of the Media Executive is to ensure that all approved booking orders received from the sales team are checked. To execute all bookings on the system on time and accurately.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES

  1. Implement the full booking cycle
  2. Verify with the General Manager whether bookings are in line with the approved sales deals
  3. Handle the day to day booking and ensure that the daily bookings and modifications are executed accurately
  4. Receive material from direct clients and advertising agencies and send them to the General Security for censorship check and approval.
  5. Reference Beta… and send them to the television for broadcasting.
  6. Coordinate with the editing team in the television to trim commercial clips in order to reduce the time length of the clip.
  7. Prepare a schedule for advertisements allocating airtime space between tv programs on daily basis
  8. Monitor due payments and coordinate with the accounting department and the account handler in charge.
  9. Examine statics reports to check whether the commercials were broadcasted on television as per the schedule.


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor Business Administration or similar fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position

ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DUTIES:

  • Engage in all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to developing customer rapport, closing business and servicing accounts 
  • Monitor different media channels to build a pipeline of  sales prospects
  • Conduct sales calls to existing and potential clients and maintain customer satisfaction and accountability through consultative selling
  • Develop a media plan that targets clients’ needs
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales activity reports on weekly basis and forecasts as required
  • Oversee campaign execution
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue
  • Keep up to date with market knowledge and competitors information
