With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Executive Administration across the Levant. Vicky joined the Group in 2009 and has since held key responsibilities across Human Resources and Executive Administration, working closely with senior management and supporting the Group’s organizational and operational needs. Vicky holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Sociology from the Lebanese University and has completed intensive professional courses in Business Management from ALLC. Throughout her career, Vicky has developed broad experience across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employment matters, HR policies and procedures, and workforce administration. In her role as Head of Human Resources – Levant, she oversees HR activities and supports the Group’s people strategy, while also contributing to executive and administrative management.
